Mrs. Susan Teskey

Mrs. Susan Teskey has 22 years of teaching experience. She has taught at La Salle Academy for the past 20 years. Previously, she taught at Marysville Preschool, St. Christopher's, and substituted for various public schools.

Mrs. Teskey graduated magna cum laude from Kutztown University with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. She holds an Instructional II Certification and is a master teacher as well as a mentor teacher. Mrs. Teskey has her master catechist certification and she is a member of NCEA, and is listed in Who's Who Among American Teachers.

Mrs. Teskey is La Salle's Rainbow for All God's Children Coordinator and Walk-a-thon Coordinator. She is co chair of the Middle States committee.

Fun Activities in Fourth Grade:

To enhance the science and social studies curriculum, fourth grade students travel to Landis Valley and Harrisburg. The students enjoy participating in the "Butterfly Project" where they observe the growth and development of butterflies before releasing them in the spring.
